After being put in as Dannii's wild card, it was the end of the road for Paije last night. After singing the Sam Brown version of Stop.

On the Saturday November 20th 2010 episode of X Factor, both of the competitors performed their songs well. Paije sang The Beatles classic Let it be and was told by Simon Cowell that "Last week you were out of the running to win, but this week you have sung your way back in the running". Judge Louis Walsh said, "Last week you were a little Lenny Henry, this week you're a little Marvin Gaye". This is after also being told he could be a little Luther Vandross. Cheryll spoke up saying "He's a little version of himself". His mentor Dannii was very happy with his performance.

Cher's First Performance!

Cher came out and sang John Lennon's best known song Imagine, in a sweet, emotional performance. She did very well, though Simon Cowell asked "Why was the half a stair case there?" Cheryll stuck up for her artist saying "The stair case went with the meaning of the song". Both Louis Walsh and Dannii Minogue said that she sang the song beautifully, but Dannii said "I thought you were a bit shaky at the start".

Who was in the Bottom Two?

The X Factor result show (Sunday 21st Noverber 2010) came as a shock to everyone, when we found that Paije and Cher were in the bottom two. Paije sang Sam Brown's Stop as his save me song, giving a well rounded performance. Cher came out and sang Shakespeare Sisters song Stay and put lots of emotion into the song, it was heart felt and made me want to cry. She also ended up breaking down on the stage.

Judges Vote!

When it came to the judges vote, Dannii stuck with her artist and so did Cheryll. Simon gave his backing to Cher like he has done all the way through the competition. Louis Walsh was finding it hard to choose who he wanted to save, and Dermot O'Leary host of ITV1's most popular show had to push him for an answer. After a few more minutes of deliberation he saved Cher.

X Factor Results, The Reaction!

On the ITV2 show the Xtra Factor (the after results reaction show) the judges all said that they were shocked to see who was in the bottom two. Dannii, Cheryll, Louis and Simon all said "The two in bottom were strong tonight". I thought that as well and also had my own predictions on who would have been in the bottom two. I wanted Wagner in the bottom two so we could get him out of the show, due to not enjoying her performance on Saturday 20th i also thought that maybe Katie Waissel would have been there again. Everyone was especially shocked to find out Cher was in the bottom two because she is one of the favourites to win. This just shows that no one is safe!
